On Saturday, September 20th, Marietta from the Friends will lead a history walk around Kennington Park – South London's first public park.
She'll tell a story of spies and revolution, royalty and model houses, fountains and plants, fitness and play.
The walk starts at 2.30pm – meet in the park, outside Prince Consort Lodge (Trees for Cities).
This is a FREE walk. All are welcome, no need to book.
It is just one of many events, part of Lambeth's Heritage Festival, which runs throughout September.
