Fitness equipment

The Friends of Kennington Park originally raised money for a range of wooden keep fit equipment located on the side of the park's northern field, close to the Midnight Path and St Agnes Place.  In 2015 the fitness equipment users group petitioned Lambeth Council for money for new equipment which was installed later that year.  It is now a popular destination for enthusiasts and local people of all ages, with world class Kenguru equipment.

In December 2018 a new sign was put up at the back of the fitness trail sign. It has details on how to use the different pieces of Kenguru equipment.

On the south east side of the park's extension, near John Ruskin Street, there is another small fitness trail with adult fitness equipment.
