Competition has now finished!

We’ve heard some great stories about all the ways people have been using the park during lockdown and we've seen some wonderful photos. Now, thanks to a generous donation from a park user who's loved visiting the park over the past year, we're running a competition.

We want to know – what's been your favourite thing about Kennington Park in lockdown? Share it with us and you could win a prize!

We are looking for entries in 3 categories:

1) Drawing / painting / cartoon

2) Photo / video

3) Poem / song / story

and there are 4 prizes for each category:

1st prize: £100

2nd prize: £50

3rd prize: £25

Children’s prize: £25 (aged 14 or under)

Your artwork must have been made between the beginning of March 2020 and by the end of May Day 2021 (3rd May 2021). It must be an original work, not copied and created just by you.

You must submit your entry by 23:59 on 3rd May 2021.

Can't scan your drawing or painting? Just fill in the form below and tick the box to say you’ll drop your artwork off at the park café (Collective). Please make sure you drop off your artwork before closing time on 3rd May 2021. Make sure it's got your name and contact details on it.

Winners will be chosen by the Friends of Kennington Park or their nominees, and contacted by email and announced in May.

We'll display the winning images and other favourite entries in the park.
